You will be able to see all your orders that are currently open and will be able to search by:

• PO number

• PO tag

• Order number

• Order status

• Shipping status

Understanding the information on the order dashboard:

Shipping date:

• Inform upon arrival: This status appears when the products in the order are currently being shipped and Ceratec will notify the customer upon arrival at the local branch.

• Client to confirm: This status appears when the customer needs to provide Ceratec with their desired delivery date.

• Next available ship date: This status appears when the products in the order are available at the local branch and ready to be shipped on the next delivery or pick-up scheduled by the customer.

Order status:

• Pending: This status indicates that the order will be processed by our system within a maximum of 15 minutes after being placed online. The order number will appear once the order has been processed by our system and is awaiting validation by a customer service agent.

• Processing: This status indicates that the order has been approved by a customer service agent and that the order confirmation has been sent to the customer for verification.

Shipping status:

• Not shipped yet: This status indicates that no products in the order have been shipped or picked up yet.

• Partially shipped: This status indicates that some products in the order have been shipped or picked up.

• Shipped: This status indicates that all products in the order have been shipped or picked up. The order will be invoiced the same day and will be accessible in the Invoices section the next day.

For more details on an order or to print the invoice, click on the plus (+) icon or on the Order Number.

You will then have all the details of the order, such as the products purchased, their quantity and price, as well as the option to download the order in PDF format:
