How to sign in to the shop.ceratec.com retailer portal:
- Go to shop.ceratec.com
- Click on SIGN IN in the upper right corner.
- Enter your email address and password entered when creating your account.
- Click on the SIGN IN button.
IMPORTANT:
If your account was created by our Customer Contact Center agent, you will need to reset your password when signing in your first session.
How to sign in to the shop.ceratec.com retailer portal for your first session if the account was created by our Customer Contact Center team:
- Go to shop.ceratec.com
- Click on SIGN IN in the upper right corner.
- Click on the “Reset your password” button.
- Enter the same professional email address that was used to create your account.
- Reset your password:
- Check your email inbox for a Password Recovery email from Ceratec Surfaces.
- Follow the link in the email to reset your password.

Tip:If you don't receive the verification email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folders. Mark the email as « Not Spam » if you find it there to ensure future messages go directly to your inbox. If you still don't see the email, try resending the verification link or contact our Customer Contact Center team at 1-866-712-3451 for assistance.
- Go back to shop.ceratec.com and click on SIGN IN in the upper right.
- Enter your email address and new password.
- Click on the SIGN IN button.
